  • 20) Push-ups

  • 25) Goblet squats 53/35 (1)

  • 35) Burpees

  • 45) KBS 53/35 (1)

  • 50) Push-ups

  • 55) Goblet squats

There will be three divisions: Male/Male, Male/Female, and Female/Female

Scores will include final time and total reps.

Time will account for 2/3 of the final score and reps will account for 1/3 of the final score.
