VIRTUAL MONTHLY SESSIONS
Each session we’ll work on developing nutritional strategies to reach your goals: recover faster, increase energy, prevent injuries, improve body composition or fuel for training and competition.
We start with a 60-minute initial consultation where we discuss your goals, diet history, current eating behaviors, fueling around training and much more. Then we’ll meet every other week for a 45-minute follow up session.
Each follow-up will have a topic of focus, discussion of the weekly action steps to reach your goals, and handouts to support you between sessions. As you apply the concepts we discuss in our sessions, you’ll have unlimited email support for any questions that come up alongwith weekly food journal reviews.
COST
1 session/month - $250
2 sessions/month - $350
*3-month minimum for all new clients. Returning clients are eligible to purchase 1 month (or more) as needed.
