Patience is my virtue - no matter how much you complain, vent, and negotiate (try to) your way through a session. I'm a happy camper, whether it's 6am, 8pm or afternoon nap time. I eat...a lot...and I mean A LOT.

I care about each and every one of my clients, so much so that I consider them to be part of my (incredibly buff and ripped) family. I know everything about them and they know everything about me - that's how trust is developed and a better mind & body are built. 

I believe in doing things right - no pretend fitness here. Semi-therapist. Part-time superhero. I will always wear a shirt to your session - despite what you see on this website. I love my wife very very much, and not just because she did this website.

FASCIAL STRETCH THERAPY (FST)

Fascia is a type of connective tissue that is in, around and between muscles, blood vessels and nerves.  Fascial Stretch Therapy is an assisted form of table-based stretching during which a certified FST therapist (me) gently pulls and moves the legs, arms, spine, and neck in a smooth motion at various angles to remove pressure between joints, release joint-lubricating synovial fluid, and improve flexibility of muscles.

2. How do i schedule a complimentary first session (and all future sessions)?

3. what should i expect during my first session?

We're going to have so much fun together! I'm going to get to know you and your goals. You're going to get to know me and how I plan to help you reach your goals. We'll laugh. You'll sweat. 

4. What TYPEs OF EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?

Dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, your bodyweight, sleds, medicine balls, turf, landmines, ropes, sandbags, sidewalks, boxes, bands, suspension straps, ski erg, rower, air bike and TrueForm Runner treadmill - all for you. Oh, and no machines ever...that's right, it's a manual treadmill.

6. what are your payment methods?

Everything under the sun: Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, Check and all forms of plastic (those come with a +3% transaction fee).

7. I had something come up, what's your cancellation policy?

I give everyone one (1) late-cancellation freebie. Private Sessions have a 12-hour cancellation; Semi-Private Sessions have a 24-hour cancellation. Rescheduling is based on availability.

If you’re looking to just “check the box” on half ass working out, Cole is not the trainer for you. He will not let you get away with anything; Cole sees everything. He is completely engaged in every training session, constantly adjusting your form, keeping you moving and pushing you to do more than you thought possible. This guy never has a bad day and he’s so damn nice and funny. More nice than funny. Over the past 5 years, I’ve been plagued with lower back spasms and general back pain. I am pretty active and can be tough on my body - from high intensity cardio to heavy lifting - and this is no doubt what caused my injuries. Every time I would get a back spasm, my treatment would go something like this - get a spasm, be in debilitating pain and unable to move, go to the chiro/tradition physical therapy, treat the muscle spasm, go back to normal life, get a spasm again in two weeks, repeat this cycle. I was on a crusade of getting a back spasm once every 2-3 weeks for a good period of time. Then, I got to talking with Cole after his class one day about Fascial Stretch Therapy, so I figured why not give it a try. There was a lot I lost from FST - no more back spasms, no more tight, achy hamstrings and IT bands from all the running I do. Cole even worked the upper body to combat some neck and shoulder pain that I was dealing with (who knew it was possible to stretch the neck?). But, what I gained was what really surprised me - increased mobility in my hip flexors and better form, I can get deeper into my squats and have better posture, quicker recovery - my muscles aren’t achy and I’ve been able to bounce back from workouts much better. Overall, I feel like a million bucks after each session, even days after. And I’m happy to report that it’s been about six months and counting since I’ve had a back spasm and Cole’s FST is a very large reason behind that.

Since working with Cole I have exceeded my goals of passing the CPAT, rebuilding strength following shoulder surgery, and preparing for the fire academy. I could not have done any of those things without him. Seriously, I tried. I attempted the physical exam to become a candidate for the CFD, relying on my fitness level at the time and failed passing. I returned and asked Cole to train me before giving it another try. Within a couple of months, I passed the CPAT with a time that placed me in the top 10% for women.
