WHAT | A five-week participation competition to rally your inner champion and represent your house.
WHEN | Monday, January 27th to Saturday, March 1st
JOINING | Sign-ups open Monday, January 6th and close Wednesday, January 15th
Put your name into the sorting hat (aka the sign-up sheet) at the front desk to get sorted into a house.
Can’t sign-up in person? No problem! Email us at info@coalitionchicago.com and we’ll make sure you get sorted into a house.

SORTING & POINT ACCUMULATION
Participants will be divided amongst the four different houses.
Over five weeks these houses will be working to gain as many points for their respective houses as possible.
You will be able to earn points daily and complete weekly challenges as a way to earn even more points for your house.
Daily points can be earned as followed:
Any check-in (Functional Fitness, Barbell Club, or Open Gym) | 1 point
Wear your house color | 2 points
Instagram post/story (@coalitionchicago) | 2 points
Perform accessory work | 2 points
Instagram reel (@coalitionchicago) | 5 points
Saturday partner WOD with a housemate | 5 points
Weekly challenge (follow guidelines) | 5 points

New review | 15 points
Previously submitted reviews | 10 points
Weekly challenges
Each challenge awards 25 points for the winning team.
Top male and female individual scores will award 25 points.
Challenges will be announced every Sunday night on Instagram.
All points will be tallied and updated weekly. At the end of the competition, the house with the most points will be forever immortalized on the Coalition House Cup. All future generations will awe and admire this momentous accomplishment.
