Join us on Saturday, March 16th as we huff and puff our way through the final Open workout of 2024.

7:45am and 9:00am class will remain a traditional Saturday partner WOD while the 10:15am class will finish out the 2024 Open season.

Once done we’ll walk on over to our friends at Midwest Coast Brewing to celebrate our wins, strengths, and goals for the year ahead. Or to just drink a great beer and enjoy each other’s company.
